**Industry Practice Leader (Pharma, Life Science & Health Segment)**

**What the day will look like**
The role is to build a client facing sales and service capability to capture new business growth within the Pharmaceutical Industry segment across Asia (including Pharma, Life Sciences, Health and associated industries).
- Build our Pharma, Life Science and Health Industry vertical
- Develop a sustainable sales and servicing model to support the specific needs of these industries, through:
o The development and execution of a specific regionally focused sales plan
o Supporting local H&B leaders and sales teams through the acquisition of expatriate and local health solutions
o Developing a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across the segments
o Ownership and full responsibility for converting those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the relevant client servicing teams
o Leading and managing responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant country and regional expertise
- Provide strategic account management services to the key clients within the portfolio and maximise retention and cross-solution growth opportunities
- Provide thought leadership and market commentary around industry issues and formulate related industry-based community forums
- Deliver a range of services including but not limited to:
o benefit governance and risk management strategies
o Expat benefits placement and design
o M&A due diligence and integration projects
- Facilitating Aon United activities in the Large Market, Regional and Global segments, including where appropriate the introduction of other Aon solution lines to clients
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Performing other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your Manager and members of the Regional Leadership Team
- Contributing, as required, to H&B Asia and GB APAC initiatives and leadership forums
- Engaging with all internal country and regional teams to bring the best of Aon to the client, and in particular by working closely with Global Benefits APAC and H&B Asia teams
- Maintaining a continual professional development standard through Aon University and any other industry driven licensing (not relevant if not providing client advice) or educational requirements
- On-going adherence with the Aon Leadership Model (ALM) behaviours
