About the role

As the Food & Beverage Service Team Leader (All Day Dining Restaurant) at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate service professionals to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. This full-time role is based in our hotel.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise, train and motivate a team of service staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the all-day dining restaurant, including managing reservations, table allocations and the service flow
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, handling any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and that all equipment and supplies are maintained in good working order
  • Assist with inventory management and cost-control measures to maximise profitability
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar team leader or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and respond calmly to any issues that may arise
  • Proficient in the use of point-of-sale systems and other hospitality technologies
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
