**What the day will look like**
- Lead Aon’s Agriculture value proposition for Korea, Retrocession and South East Asia
- Support Head of Agriculture South Asia for relationship management with reinsurers
- Design a strategy for inwards Agriculture business into the Asian reinsurance markets
- Design and execute reinsurance structures working with reinsurers across the globe
- Lead the design and consultation process with governments in Asia on subsidised Agriculture insurance scheme and how reinsurance plays an important role in risk transfer
- Present Aon Agriculture expertise at conferences externally and internally
- Work with wider Agriculture APAC team to ensure best practices are followed

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Preferably a degree in Business, Engineering or Political Science
- Relevant experience in Insurance and/or Reinsurance broking or underwriting
- Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills
- Attention to detail, pro-active and results orientated
- Possess strong negotiation skills and ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
- Willing to work hard to deliver results, be highly reliable, adaptable to changes and a good team player
