**1. Business Growth & Sales**
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for manned guarding, surveillance, and related security services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, event organizers, and property developers.
- Conduct client presentations and security needs assessments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to retain and grow key accounts.

**3. Proposal & Tender Management**
- Prepare and present competitive proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Respond to RFPs and participate in tender processes from both private and public sectors.

**4. Market Intelligence & Strategy**
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approach.
- Suggest improvements in service offerings to meet market demands.

**5. Coordination with Operations**
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
- Communicate client expectations clearly to field and supervisory staff.

**6. Reporting & Revenue Tracking**
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and updates on business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and revenue contributions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of proven sales experience in a Security Agency** (mandatory).
- Demonstrated **track record of increasing agency revenue** through client acquisition and retention.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of **security industry norms**, service offerings, and compliance (e.g., PSARA, local licensing).
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- **Profit sharing is offered**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
