
Accounts and HR Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES (HR)**:
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping of all HR-related matters.
- Coordinate and administer training & development programs including submitting of claims/training grants to various government agencies.
- Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Coretrade, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers.
- Conduct and complete market surveys related to MOM/BCA
- Manage the payroll process, including bank processing, updating payroll records, and ensuring attendance and time card checking.
- Any other related matters as and when assigned.
**RESPONSIBILITIES (ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE)**:
- In charge of month-end closing
- Assist in annual budgeting and quarter forecasting.
- Full set account, AR, AP, GST & etc.
- Assist in monthly variance analysis of actual expenses compared to budget and y-o-y.
- Assist in monthly GST compilation.
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets and process invoices.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ordering, maintaining records, timely payment of supplies and materials for sites.
- Perform general ledger, bank, supplier statement reconciliation.
- Handle and manage Accounts Receivables Function.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
- Process daily accounting activities such as payments and invoicing timely.
- Generate monthly accounts receivables report.
- Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply with the Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audit.
- Monthly WIP calculation by project.
- Any other duties assigned.
