The HR Manager will lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and overseeing HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.

**Responsibilities**
- **Talent Acquisition**:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for academics and professionals.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Update and manage the recruitment portals and related systems such as Job descriptions
- Oversee and update approved manpower planning activities.
- **HR Operations**:

- Oversee HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and compliance with labour laws.
- Implement and manage recruitment policies and procedures.
- Handle employee departures and provide guidance on HR matters.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Analyze recruitment and HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist the HR team in consolidating relevant reports, statistics, and data for audits, accreditation, and other requirements.

**Key selection criteria**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
