- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 5 days, 8 am - 5.15 pm
- Salary Package**:Basic (Up to $2,900) + AWS**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for proper filing and maintenance of sales, trade, purchase and other confidential documents.
- Check all purchase and sales documents to ensure that there are no discrepancies in product quantities or calculation errors.
- Perform new Product Registration and Renewals with HSA (Health Sciences Authority).
- Maintain contact list and ensure new hire's desk is ready.
- Receive all incoming phone calls and sales enquiries and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
- Attend to walk-in guests or vendors and direct them to the respective personnel.
- Collect all mail, couriers, faxes and registered shipments and distribute them to the respective personnel.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Manage office equipment servicing.
- Manage the daily routes of the dispatcher.
- Prepare DHL, airway bills, courier and postal services/receipts.
- Make hotel and transport bookings for guests.
- Organize and prepare festive office celebrations.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- At least 2-3 years’ proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication skills
