EARC is a market research and consulting company that provides a comprehensive suite of quantitative, qualitative and neuromarketing research. Using a variety of methods, we gather data that can be translated into actionable and relevant solutions for businesses and organisations.

We are looking to hire a project executive (Market Research) to embark on a fruitful journey for market research. We strive to achieve good rapport as a team and a working culture for everyone's benefit.

If you have a knack for managing things, like keeping things in order and seeing your hard work turn into reality this role could be for you. You would be exposed to various research projects and understand the methodology of projects.

If you have relevant experience in event planning, running marketing campaign or have done research projects before, it will be advantageous.

Job Description & Requirements:
Roles & Responsibilities

This position deals mainly with project management towards research-related project works and assists in the setup of the research project, managing key events, and administrative matters relating to monitoring and reporting. You will be exposed to various aspects of a project to pick up relevant skills. Including data management.

Specific Responsibilities:

- To understand office SOP and resources.
- Organize, plan and execute within the timeline of the project. Including data management procedures.
- To assist with the execution of projects in general based on the client's requirements.
- Work closely with the company management and manage tasks.
- Create and maintain necessary project mgmt docs (Excel, charts, schedules, follow-up with the external vendor.)
- Survey methodologies and designing of the project.
- Be helpful and learn to manage together as a team. Build rapport.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work independently and to work within the project schedule
- 5 day/week, 10am to 630pm. (WFH arrangements will be in place)
- Good office environment and near MRT. Local SME, bond and work together.
- Training will be provided, good job to gain experience. Learn to have good co-ordinating skills.
