We are JUO Studios: a creative shop that specialises in post-production, creative concepts, and storytelling — and we’re looking for a Junior Social Media AnaIyst to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Reporting**:

- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to identify trends, engagement opportunities, and valuable insights
- Assist with timely (monthly, quarterly, annual) and accurate reporting, analysis, and key insights of social media reports for a variety of projects and campaigns across all key channels through compelling data visualization.
- Provide one-on-one team support to individuals for our social media tools and provide ad-hoc support to the team when needed
- Assist with competitor research to monitor industry trends and identify content opportunities
- Stay informed on the latest social and digital media trends, best practices, and technologies (emerging platforms, tools, and analytics techniques).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / BA/BS in in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X
- Proficient in the Google ecosystem (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc)
- Passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital storytelling
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
