**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist the company to increase its market share in all sectors including ocean, air, warehousing, transportation, not limiting.

- To prepare a monthly sales pipeline/sales forecast for General Manager

- To prepare a fortnightly gross profit report and shipment volume report
- To conduct briefing and training to other departments for all new business and/or lanes
- To work closely with Operation dept. to set up customer SOP and conduct briefing to all other departments involved before the start of shipment
- To assist the Finance Manager in chasing for bad debts
- To perform a yearly customer satisfaction survey (by November)
- To assist on any other matters assigned by the General Manager
