**To be effective in the role,**
You will:
- Work under Client Success Function to achieve the desired KPI set by management and work with Business Development and Client Services teams to provide a holistic investment journey for our clients
- Providing trade execution related services for selective clients, offering information on market conditions and financial market matters, and to accurately execute client instructions.
- Monitoring market conditions to conduct risk control, overseeing customer’s risk level and related process and implementing measures such as forced liquidation if needed.
- Proactively touch base with our clients to ensure they complete the client onboarding process and maintain excellent relationship with clients
- Performing initial investigation of any trading related issues
- Participating in the development and launch of new product offering, trading system and other ad-hoc projects.
**Requirements**:
You are,
- An experienced professional with at least 2 - 5 years of sales related function track record
- Driven, flexible and highly motivated to get things done
- Creative uses of available CRM tools to reach out to client and share ongoing promotional events and campaign.
- Familiar with financial products like equities, funds and services is preferred
- Accreditation in CMFAS 1a, 5, 6 and 6a will be an advantage
- Expected to work closely with overseas office in China and Hong Kong hence proficiency in mandarin will be an added plus
- Remuneration will be Basic salary plus Incentive
