The Role – Head of Client Success
As Head of Client Success, you will play an important role in guiding prospective and new clients through their decision-making and onboarding process. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
  • Lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
  • Build rapport and trust with prospective clients through values-based conversations
  • Share clear and accurate information about program benefits to help clients select suitable options
  • Support new clients in a smooth onboarding process and encourage early-stage engagement
  • Manage a personal pipeline through digital communication tools such as Zoom, email, and CRM systems
  • Join team calls and development activities to enhance your skills and client outcomes
