**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**
- Build customer segments and execute automation as well as customer journeys
- Conduct quality assurance testing on service, promotional and transactional campaigns
- Manage reporting spreadsheets and report on campaign Performance
- Coordinate work activities with internal and external parties in order to launch campaigns in a timely and consistent manner

- Excellent verbal, social, and written communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
