About the Role

Join us as Senior Technical Analyst, Integral Life Delivery Management today

As a Consultant in Integral Life Delivery Management is responsible for leading the development, deployment and support of Integral Life Application to meet business requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing solutions and development of new technical solutions to improve company’s operations.
- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:_- As a senior developer in charge of IL requirement gathering, analysis, solution, code development, unit testing, and deployment.-
- Manage and address post-production incident/problem tickets, and queries from users.- Involve in manage and support IL UAT activities.- Responsible for management updates on system/project related activities.- Understand functionalities and technical aspects of the system; analyze technical impact on interfacing systems.- Initiator to improve current development processes and system enhancements.- Balance the works among other team members and improve their skills and capacities.- Ensures that Integral Life BAU issues are resolved within agreed SLA.- Responsible for the development with cost & time efficient Integral Life Application solutions to support the initiatives.- Achieve personal KPI and contribute to Technology overall initiatives and goals.- Personal development is one of factors to be considered as well.- Responsible for communicating with Business Users of Integral Life Application and with other teams within Technology department to provide necessary support.
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:_- Degree in IT or related areas-
- Knowledge of AS400, COBOL, Control Language and SQL development- Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills with good personality and attitude.
