**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. To oversee the daily deployment of security personnel at all assignments

2. Ensure sufficient manpower to cover all the assignments

3. Prepare the weekly and monthly reports of the security department

4. Conduct random checks at all assignments

5. Conduct daily checks of duty roster for supervisors and their daily supervisory rounds

6. Ensure all incident reports are duly put up and submitted to the Site Management on the same day

7. Attend to complaints receive from the Site Management / Clients

8. To report to the Security Manager, Senior Manager and Building Manager of daily events if the need arises

9. To conduct the monthly meetings for Ops Executive and Site Supervisors

10. To take appropriate action against any Security personnel for misconduct, or absenteeism by issuing warning letters or termination letter

11. To put up the annual staff confidential report

12. To liaise with HR for the recruitment of security staff

13. To identify training needs and send Security Officers for security courses, First-Aid and CERT course

14. To put up the appraisal for confirmation, merit promotion and promotion of the staff

15. To arrange and deploy relief officers to cover all sites which have a shortage of manpower

16. Ensure the new staff are properly trained at the site when under OJT and ensure that the OJT form has been duly put up

17. Any other duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Superiors

18. Ensure that all the security staff have attended the required e-learning modules prior to the PLRD assessment
