**What's in it for you**:
Take the lead on researching, assessing, and coordinating the development of new products and ensuring the existing portfolio of products are delivered. Working alongside Product Managers and Designers reporting to the CPO, key responsibilities include intensive market research, engaging directly with end-users/customers, monitoring of industry trends and project manage a portfolio of products to on-time delivery.
- **_Strategic Planning: _**Support the Chief Product Officer to develop and execute the product strategy, unified product roadmap and business plans that align with company goals and priorities, including headcount planning and budgeting.
- **_Cross-functional collaboration: _**You will work closely with cross-functional teams across our entire portfolio of products, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, providing exposure to different areas of the business and facilitating collaboration across teams to develop, and maintain a unified roadmap, prioritized product backlog, design innovative and well-defined go-to-market plans, and execute on delivering delightful and impactful experiences for customers
- **_Drive cross-product efficiency: _**You will identify common issues and opportunities to drive scalability and cost-efficiency across products, work with product teams to prioritize, develop solutions and deliver better outcomes.
- **_Project Management_**_: _**Oversee and manage multiple projects and initiatives across a portfolio of products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives. You will work cross-functionally with teams, including product, engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure products achieve our goals, are delivered on-time, and delight customers.
- **_Relationship Management:_**_ _**Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams, and external partners. You will also work closely with the CPO to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- **_Performance Metrics:_**_ _**Work with product and business teams to develop and track program performance metrics, including revenue, product-market fit, and customer satisfaction to consistently measure the impact of your work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for program improvement and ensure that programs are meeting business objectives. Ship minimum-loveable-products based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies).
- **_Operations:_**_ _**Help to plan and execute team meetings and events.

**You will be a great match if you**:

- Have 7+ years of experience in a technology product management or program management role, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- A meticulous planner who can provide clarity on both strategic direction and delivery status through disciplined organization, process and crisp communication
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, and establish strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Have experience with launching and scaling products from ground up
- Experience with human-centred design approach and methodology for new product innovation and development
- Possess strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies
