The Product Management team is responsible for leading and coordinating various activities throughout the lifecycle of investment programs. This includes driving timely launches, monitoring stakeholder satisfaction, and taking the lead in fund restructurings and winddowns.

About the Role
  • Takes full ownership of the lifecycle of an assigned product portfolio
  • Responsible for the timely and error-free execution of the team's assigned service catalogue
  • Ensures timely and seamless launch of funds, restructurings and wind-downs in collaboration with sales, structuring, operational teams and external service providers

As a Lead Portfolio Manager, you will work within the Product Management team in Singapore, which is responsible for a wide range of investment programs. You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Proactively interacts with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to assess satisfaction, identify issues and implement solutions
  • Solves complex operational issues involving several teams, finding win-win solutions thanks to excellent negotiation skills
  • Acts as partner for sales in finding solutions for clients while representing operational capabilities assertively
  • Leading team-relevant projects and contributes to business unit-relevant projects
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent, with emphasis on business administration, finance or economics
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of professional work experience in banking, asset management or private markets
  • Knowledge in the launch and onboarding, implementation and the operational set-up of innovative fund and investment structures is a plus
  • Relevant experience managing the lifecycle of investment fund products end-to-end
