Human by nature.**Order Management/Customer Care Representative - Your future position?**
- Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8- Reporting to: Customer Care Supervisor- As a Customer Care Representative, you will process sales orders from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates. Help communication between the customer, operations and sales team to ensure customers’ needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way.**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates following Customer Care guidelines
- Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements
- Daily customer communication, operations and sales
- Interpret and analyse client schedules and prioritise orders
- Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally
- Confirm pricing, inventory availability and provide ship date information
- Prepare Invoices, Debit and Credit notes, process notifications and Customer Returns
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched / delivered on time and manage customer expectations
- Coordinate with planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions
- Maintain accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements
- Provide coverage and support accounts for other team members as necessary
- Interpret and respond to customer requests based on the urgency and issue
- Diffuse difficult situations and get resolution with customers
- Identify opportunities for improvements in customer care

**Main Requirements**
- Any field of study/educational background are welcome
- 1 or more years of experience in customer care/order management (but fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
