Attend to customers’ enquiries by providing timely service and administrative support ensuring the customer experience is not compromised

Manage all types of customer enquiries and reactive communications (complaints, service delivery enquiries, FAQs) that come through various channels such as WhatsApp and task assignments through productivity management tool, KNOW mobile app.

Upselling or cross-selling products and services and approaching customers

Inventory management: Organize inventory, clearance of backlog.
