**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media Strategy**

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.

**Content Creation and Management**

Create, curate, and schedule engaging, original content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.

Ensure consistent brand tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

**Platform Management**

Manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Campaign Management**

Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost engagement and follower growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and marketing initiatives.

**Analytics and Reporting**

Track and analyze key social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, and follower growth).

Prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

**Community Engagement**

Foster relationships with the online community, influencers, and partners to amplify brand presence.

Monitor user-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand standards.

**Stay Updated**

Keep abreast of social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead in the industry.

Explore new platforms and features that could benefit the organization.

**Qualifications / Preferred Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or partnerships.
