**Job description**

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for executing the content strategy locally and source for new content and works closely with team members to align planning, execution and analytics for content marketing.

**Position Title**

Social Media Specialist

**Key Objective of Role**

Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types. You’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and increase conversion.

**Key responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Plan and grow multi social media channels
- Day to day social media management. Produce and test out various content types for company’s social media platforms
- Market Research. To get the customer insights and explore to local social media channels
- Maintain the engagement rate, increase the organic engagement
- Campaigns creation and management. Test various social campaign for different goals and different target audience
- Advanced digital production skills including copy editing, headline writing and story packaging. Image, video and audio editing skills will be an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder, preferably major in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Strong communication skills, creative and self-motivated, able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of editing tools and software will be an advantage.
- 2+ years in social media management experience is preferred
- Investment and trading industries is preferred
