Singapore PAS People's Association Full time

Strengthen governance and achieve value-for-money in procurement; and provide effective and efficient administration services in support of People’s Association’s objectives.

Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job. This will include the important result areas (what) along with the rationale (why).
- Administer a full spectrum of office administration and its systems at PA Headquarters, comprising mails and despatch, transport services, PAHQ security, office store, official gifts etc.
- Administer and procure corporate Public Liability Insurance, Industrial All Risks Insurance, Money Insurance, and coordination of copyright music licence fees payable to COMPASS etc.
- Improve and streamline PA’s administration Standard Operating Procedures / Staff Manual to ensure compliance to Government Instruction Manuals such as staff handphone reimbursement scheme, carpark policy, etc.
- Manage and review the staff/visitor access system and issuance of passes to ensure proper access control into PAHQ.
- Provide secretariate support to PA’s Internal Security Committee and conduct security reviews to ensure measures employed are adequate.
