Ensure implementation and maintenance of key standards and guidelines

Streamline operations and maintain quality standards

Promote awareness of regulations and expectations across the project and its duration

Established QMS processes, implement, maintain, review, plan for internal audits, discuss with process owners to ensure compliance and maintenance

Provides feedback to top management on the effectiveness of the QMS.

Create awareness through effective communications, evaluate and improve

Raise, resolve and close non conformance reports

Review subcontractor / suppliers QMS

Generate project quality plan, inspection test plan, employees training plan, calibration of equipments and tools plan, etc.

**Skills**:
Strong communication skills to communicate with management, clients, government agencies, process owners, LTA, amongst others

Possess certifications in ISO9001, 14000, 45000

At least 5 years of practical experience as QMR for MRT projects Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering local universities
