We are seeking a skilled professional to join our engineering team as a Quality Management Representative. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Host project quality audits, both internal and external.
- Monitor and ensure timely close-out of audit findings.
- Oversee the pre-qualification of engineering subcontractors and service providers.
- Conduct audits on engineering subcontractors.
- Provide quality inputs for new projects, proposals, and vendor evaluations.
Maintaining high-quality standards within our engineering department is crucial to our success. As a Quality Management Representative, you will play a key role in developing and implementing quality procedures and guidelines. You will also be responsible for reviewing new work procedures and acting as a signatory for procedure issuance.
Your experience working with ISO 9001 and 29001 standards is essential, as well as your ability to conduct technical audits efficiently and effectively. Your proficiency in software and database systems related to engineering functions is also required.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of engineering experience, with significant FPSO project experience.
- Certification as a Qualified ISO 9001 / 29001 Lead Auditor.
You must have strong organizational skills and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Your ability to define and implement quality KPIs is also essential. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
