Purpose of the Job

Designated Management Representative for Quality Management. Ensure AET Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory / legal requirements.
Partner with Compliance / Legal in ensuring ISO 37001 accreditation requirements are met.
Designated Management Representative for MISC Group Management Framework (MGMF). Ensure MGMF compliance for AET Group.
Ensure integration of AET QMS with MEMS and adherence to the principles of the MGMF to promote effective management of risk and internal controls and informed decision-making for continual improvement and sustainability.

Key Accountabilities

Implement and manage MGMF and MEMS for AET globally. Integrate MEMS with AET QMS to ensure an effective and efficient integrated management system for AET.
Develop, plan, and implement MISC Group Integrated Assurance Program, including 1st and 2nd line assurance plan and activities for all divisions in AET globally. Monitor and ensure timely closure and reporting of assurance findings and gap closures.
Plan and establish annual / periodical internal audit plan, identify internal audit team, and ensure internal audits are conducted as per the plan across all offices. Manage the internal audit team and provide training and guidance on conducting internal audits.
Lead auditor for internal audit, focal person for external audits and Assurance Coordinator for 1st and 2nd line assurance. Manage and monitor follow up action plan and maintaining ISO certifications i.e., ISO 9001, ISO 37001. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on expectations and requirements of internal and external audits, reporting and follow up.
Designated Assurance Coordinator for AET to oversee assurance deliverables set out in the MISC Integrated Assurance Program and as required from Resiliency Model Framework and Enterprise Risk Management Framework identified focused areas etc.
Designated Management Representative for AET QMS and focal person for quality control across all offices, business, and corporate activities.
Establish information to be reported and facilitate Management Review meetings, including close out of action items and planning ahead. Analyse audit findings and incorporate learnings to enhance and optimise AET QMS as part of promoting process improvement and continuous improvement.
Subject Matter Expert and in-depth working knowledge on QMS requirements and ensuring AET QMS is periodically reviewed, updated and relevant as per ISO 9001 and MEMS. Provide oversight and guidance on changes that impact the QMS and ensure compliance to Management of Change (MOC) process.
Ensure system is in place to record, track and monitor NCs and CARs, and all CARs are addressed by the appropriate manager, completed, and verified in a timely manner.
Design, develop and deliver learning modules for all staff on training and awareness of AET QMS as required and applicable.
Strategise, develop, and implement HSSE Management Programme together with the Corporate HSSE team.
Perform crisis management responsibilities as required by the Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and Head of Corporate HSSE.
Support HSSE activities and any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent.

**Professional Certification**: Lead Auditor certification. Project Management certification will be an advantage.

**Experience**: At least 10 years’ relevant experience.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and business skills including written/verbal communication, computer use, and ability to multi-task efficiently.
