As a Senior Manager of Quality Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality and safety-related activities and processes are developed, implemented, and evaluated. This includes supporting the department's key objectives in ensuring the quality and safety of patient care in SingHealth Polyclinics.
You will provide functional team leadership and ensure that the objectives of the team's portfolios are met. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality and safety programs, projects, and activities; developing, planning, and coordinating innovation and improvement initiatives; representing the department in committees, workgroups, and meetings; and coordinating administrative support for Clinical Governance and other programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and relevant experience in healthcare or quality management. Good verbal and written language skills in English are expected, with fluency in other languages an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a resourceful team leader are also essential.
