About The Team
The Content Ecosystem team at TikTok works to ensure the global content ecosystem is safe and enjoyable for its users. The team develops strategies, policies and methodologies to keep the content ecosystem safe and sustainable in the long-term.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the TikTok ecosystem issue discovery operations, discover the potential ecosystem issues with your experienced content knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teammates to build and improve the whole workflow, including issue identification, character analysis and collect, strategy and evaluation formulation, etc.
2. Design and improve an industry leading ecosystem monitoring mechanism to track various issues from internal and external channels, and judge ecosystem controversial and evolutionary cases to enhance overall operation efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve the whole workflow to enhance the ability to identify and solve issues.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience
2. Ability to understand the needs of content consumers, creators and diverse users, etc.
3. Outstanding collaboration and communication to build trusted relationships with cross functions
4. Strong at document writing, finding and analyzing problems
**Preferred Qualification**:
1. Good sense and understanding of ecosystem and content
2. Responsible and tenacious, can turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions; long-term value oriented.
