Our solution aggregates data from hundreds of sources including radar and satellite imagery as well as logistics, governmental, shipping databases and more. Intelligently connecting the dots across fragmented information landscapes, we bring to our clients a unique, real-time understanding of the trades happening all over the world, by giving them access to live information about the movement of cargos, the availability of vessels as well as commodity storage.
To support this endeavor, we have teams in more than 7 countries and 9 key locations (Brussels, Paris, Hyères, London, Vienna, Dubai, Singapore, Houston and New York). With individuals of various backgrounds, diverse skills, and international experiences, being global & inclusive is in our DNA
What you’ll do
- Though prospecting will not be the core focus, your role will include Researching the market for new business and generating leads, within new and existing accounts.
- Set up and facilitate client meetings, interact with senior decision makers, follow-up on trials and troubleshoot queries.
- Gather feedback from existing clients and prospects, understand their specific needs in order to build customised value propositions.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- uild relationships with your clients partnering with the Customer success team and identify and close opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our internal CRM - Salesforce.
- Help and collaborate with the rest of the Sales team: we are looking for someone with a great drive and team spirit, who can multi-task and offer solutions
You are or have...
- 1-3 Years' experience in Sales roles in SaaS or DaaS environments (within Energy or Commodities would be ideal).
- Fluent in English (company language) and in local S.E Asia local language advantages.
- Excellent oral presentation skills, as well as a deep knowledge of the local culture.
- Experience using social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Excellent customer service, listening, and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate in a high-growth fast-paced environment. Experience in start-up and/or fast growing companies a strong plus
- Enthusiastic team-player with strong analytical skills
