**What the role is**
- You will join the MSE-Finance Revenue Team to formulate, review and operationalise finance policies, procedures and controls relating to Revenue Collections and Fees & Charges.

**What you will be working on**
- a. Revenue Operations and Reporting
i. Ensure deposit records are prepared and approved timely and accurately for the accounting of government revenue
ii. Manage financial year-end closing activities and statutory reporting to central agencies (e.g. Representation Statement, Confirmation of Bank and Imprest Accounts etc.)
iii. Be the point-of-contact to advise MSE HQ and Statutory Boards on revenue matters (e.g. billings & collections, revenue waiver request, write-offs etc.)
iv. Ensure proper governance processes are in place for the management of government revenue through implementation of agreements/audits
b. Fees & Charges
i. Business partner to MSE HQ and Statutory Boards on fees & charges reviews, queries and implementation of new fees to ensure compliance to IM requirements
ii. Prepare statutory reporting to central agencies and within MSE HQ (e.g. annual fees and charges returns etc.) on status of MSE Family’s fees and charges
c. Finance Transformation and Analytics Projects
i. Involved in stakeholder engagement, process reviews and system enhancements to drive greater efficiencies in the revenue processes in MSE HQ as part of the Whole-of-Government Finance Transformation journey and MSE Finance data analytics journey.

**What we are looking for**
- a. A bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
b. Preferably two years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

e. Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and internal/external stakeholders concurrently.
