[What the role is]
As a Senior Officer, your role is to manage administrative responsibilities, execute related tasks and implement various projects in specific functional areas.
[What you will be working on]
The Administration Officer works in a team to provide administrative support to the Industry-based Training Division. Reporting directly to the Department Manager, his or her responsibilities include the following:
- In charge of the administration of training schemes
- Perform accounts payable and receivable and monitor fees charged to training partners
- Administer government grants including disbursements and reporting
- Manage procurement processes and support overall budget management
- Manage data and handle data analysis and reporting
[What we are looking for]
You should have at least 2 years of work experience, a flair for administrative & finance-related work, able to multi-task and work independently, and be responsive to customer needs. You are expected to be proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, and prior work experience in data analysis will be an advantage.
