Assistant Purchasing Planning Manager

**Objectives of the position**:
The overall in-charge of Purchasing planning Department, responsible and accountable for PP Dept performances. Represent LAP in Regional SCM Community. As one of the key player in APAC Control Tower Purchasing Planning team, the individual will be expected to design, lead and ensure the implementation of the demand planning strategies for accurate forecast and inventory optimization to achieve the goals of department and group.
- Lead and guide LAP PP team
- Overlook LAP PP daily operations (Demand planning, purchase order processing, freight management, cross trade shipment)
- Supplier performance evaluation
- Reporting on LAP KPIs’ such availability, order line fill rate, drag
- Material master management
- Handle annual scrap tender exercise
- Key users to assist in any SCM reporting automation
- LAP Key User to Global MM community
- LAP Key User to Global PDM community
- Quarterly SIOP with Customers
- LAP LOS lead and Co-ordinator
- Any other tasks assign by Head of Supply Chain & LOS, APAC
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business related field
- SAP (ECC 6.0, S4 HANA, BI)
- Microsoft Office (Power point, Words, Excel)
- Good written and communication skills
- Knowledge in International Trading Business (Eg: Free Trade Agreement, Freight Forwarding, Incoterm)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,100.00 per month
