Preparing a project bidders list and obtaining approvals as required.

Making appropriate recommendations and coordinating contract award.

Preparing and executing contract documents.

Setting the goal of zero Contractor claims (not including normal and acceptable changes) and fulfilling the objective by implementing a Project Claim Prevention program and associated payments.
