**Responsibilities**:

- Manage procurement process for the assigned divisions from opportunity assessment, data gathering, market analysis, sourcing, negotiation, vendor selection, creation of purchase orders, reporting, performance management, to achieve the intended expectations and value for money
- Coordinate strategic sourcing process for the assigned division (e.g., PQU/PRF/MRF), bid evaluation, and Supplier selection according to Procurement Policy and Procedure
- Coordinate with warehouse and project teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of purchasing requirements
- Maintain and enforce internal purchasing procedures
- Negotiate and implement cost-saving strategies
- Administer and closely monitor purchase requisitions and purchase orders progress from issuance to fulfilment, with high emphasis on accuracy and compliance
- Ensure proper suppliers’ (both local and overseas) management on all purchasing-related matters
- Propose process improvement initiatives for the purchasing function
- Develop new vendor, ensure compliance to the company’s vendor qualification criteria & complete vendor registration cycle, and perform periodic reviews
- Establish and manage key material supply frame agreement
- Prepare and maintain all related procurement reporting, such as PQU/PRF/MRF /Direct Purchase/Purchase Order databases, vendor master list, and vendor’s performance records
- Ad hoc projects or activities when required
- Responsible to coach/train relevant stakeholders in ensuring compliance to prescribed
- procurement policy and procedures
- Demonstrate successful use of risk management, responsible sourcing, and supplier relations management

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / Bachelor in electrical engineering or supply chain, with experience in purchasing and supply chain management with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant position
- Possess knowledge of work arrangement, good negotiation skills
- Experience in global sourcing and contract negotiation
- Honesty, polite, careful character, and ability to work independently.
- Dynamic and high spirit of responsibility to the work.
- Having coordination and teamwork mindset
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Autocad)
