What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing mid-to long-term supply chain strategies and networks through a range of activities. Some of the activities that you will manage include addressing capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business growth and execution of new programs. Your team will rely on your management skills while forecasting and planning key events, and new product launches. Your breadth of experience will be leveraged for increasing effectiveness of supply chain initiatives through monitoring key performance indicators and coordinating cross-functional work teams.
As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies.

How You Will Achieve It
- Responsible for driving & championing Continuous Improvement culture & project management within the APAC Market Planning Hub & across other regional Hubs to enable faster, easier & more effective work & results which deliver “Breakthroughs that Change Patients’ Lives”.
- Lead & co-lead Continuous Improvement projects on behalf of the Market Planning Hub, as well as represent the Market Planning Hub within the Regional/Global Continuous Improvement network.
- Represent the Market Planning Hub as a stakeholder of projects led by other parts of the wider organization.
- Consultant to Market Planning Hub & adjacent departments for best practices in Supply & Inventory Planning.
- Identify improvement opportunities in systems & processes used within the Market Planning Hub. Lead facilitation & collaboration between stakeholders & Business Experts to develop & implement enhancements through Continuous Improvement projects.
- Lead & co-lead projects on behalf of the Market Planning Hub, as well as represent the Market Planning Hub within the Regional/Global Continuous Improvement network.
- Oversee resource planning & progress of all projects within Market Planning Hub & provide guidance to respective Project & Team Leads to enable project completion.
- Ensure sufficiency & adherence of work processes within the Market Planning Hub to Pfizer Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) standard.
- Represent the Market Planning Hub as a stakeholder of projects led by other departments.
- Consultant/Coach to Market Planning Hub members & adjacent departments to advance new concepts & best practices in Supply & Inventory Planning.
**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Relevant experience required in Operations & Change Management within Supply Chain Planning & Logistics, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or adjacent industries where it is required to align with Supply Planning, Finance, Demand Management & Business Technology.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience across both Operations & Change Management.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Master's Degree.
- Six Sigma &/or Project Management Professional Certification.
