**Job Description
Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of baristas.
- Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to maintain high standards of service and beverage preparation.
- Foster a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns effectively.

Customer Service:

- Greet customers and take their orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu.

Beverage Preparation:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to the established recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment to brew coffee.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

- Keep the work area, including the coffee preparation and serving areas, clean and organized.
- Clean and maintain equipment such as espresso machines, coffee grinders, and brewing devices.

Stocking and Inventory:

- Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
- Keep track of inventory and report shortages to management.

Multitasking:

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing beverages, and managing customer inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year experience as a barista is often preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
