Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

Join our team as a Barista Supervisor, where you'll bring our coffee and beverage experience to life In this role, you'll prepare coffee and non-coffee beverages, handle cashiering and ordering, prepare simple hot food items, and deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee and non-coffee based beverages to the highest standard.
  • Assist with ordering, cashiering, and inventory management.
  • Prepare and serve a simple hot food menu.
  • Provide excellent customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Assist and support coffee cart events when necessary
  • Oversee multiple sites, ensuring SOP and quality control.
  • Manage staff scheduling and training.

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week
  • Office Hours

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Willing to travel to multiple locations
  • Basic barista skills with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
  • Pleasant, positive attitude, responsible, and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
