Operations Manager

**Main Responsibilities**
- Preparing cargo contracts and countering.
- Operations at tankage and tank’s inventory management, including Inventory planning, blending & tank optimization
- Maintain exposure list for cargo transactions and customer credit levels.
- Liaison with finance team on LC issuance/advising
- Calculating Demurrage (if required).
- Preparation of Invoices and Payment Instruction.
- Handling settlement of cargo with counterparties. Post cargo claim analysis including laytime calculation and other miscellaneous claim
- Data entry / reporting into accounting system, SAP.
- Manage cargo operations and documentation and coordination with various parties (supplier, customers, agents, surveyors).
- Reconciling counterparties’ and brokers’ confirmation with traders’ reported deals.
- Reconciling of the invoice from brokers and surveyors.
- Act as a liaison between traders, operations, legal and other internal groups regarding contract status, the acceptability of terms and the commercial and legal implications of contract issues.
- Contractual documents & dates like nomination dates, payment dates etc.
