We’ll train you, support you, and you’ll work alongside a small, passionate team that believes learning should be joyful—never boring.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Teach small groups of 4-8 children in a fun and structured setting
- Guide early learners through phonics-based literacy and hands-on numeracy activities
- Help with class routines, learning aid prep, and digital tools (Zoom, e-attendance, Google Classroom)
- Create a safe, warm, and curious space for kids to learn and grow

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Someone who’s confident in English (O-Level B3 and above preferred)
- Passionate about early-years education—especially literacy or numeracy
- Comfortable with basic tech (Zoom, Google tools, etc.)
- Able to commit **at least 6 months**(1 year preferred)
- Available **on weekends**(Sat or Sun half-day shifts)

**Pay & Perks**:

- **Training (as assistant teacher)**:$15/hour
- **Probationary phase (5 classes)**:$25/class
- **Fully deployed (after training)**:$40/class (approx. 75 mins)

**Location & Schedule**:

- Our centre is centrally located, ~7 mins from Bugis MRT station
- We're looking for team members who can commit to one or more of the following shifts:

- **Saturday morning**:8:15am-2:30pm
- **Saturday afternoon**:2:30pm-6:30/6:45pm
- **Sunday morning**:8:15am-2:30pm
