Weekend Student Care Teacher and Centre Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Weekend Student Care Teacher and Centre Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the centre on weekends, providing educational support to students, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Support: Provide relief English and Chinese classes when required, respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms, address customer concerns, and record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms, conduct basic research for market trends and audience engagement strategies, and support the creation of simple marketing materials such as newsletters and flyers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer queries and sales leads, assist in managing online advertising responses and coordinating follow-ups, and provide regular updates and reports on customer feedback and campaign results.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Familiarity with PSLE and O-level English and Chinese syllabus.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with parents and students.
  • Able to commit full days every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 7.30 pm.
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents, and students on timetabling and other operational matters.
  • Advise customers on suitable courses, having sales experience will be a bonus.
  • IT savvy and well-versed with Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Workspace.
  • Able to relieve English/Chinese classes when required.
