Job Title:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Educator to join our team.

About the Role:
This is a part-time weekend role, working Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM. As a Weekend Student Care Teacher and Centre Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students while managing customer relationships and contributing to the growth of our tuition center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching Support: Assist in delivering English and Chinese classes when required.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via various channels and provide accurate solutions to build customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling social media posts.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, assist in managing online advertising responses, and provide regular updates on customer feedback and campaign results.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Familiarity with PSLE and O-level English and Chinese syllabus.
  • Able to communicate effectively with parents and students.
  • Commitment to full days every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 7.30 pm.
  • Ability to coordinate with teachers, parents, and students on timetabling and other operational matters.
  • IT savvy and well-versed with collaboration tools like Zoom and Google Workspace.
