Delivery Team Leader

**Job Scope**:

- to sort and deliver parcels in designated area assign
- to lead and in charge of delivery personnel assign to the team
- to report and inform impromptu issue during operations to Delivery Team Manager
- to handle customers related delivery issue within the area assigned

**Eligibility**:

- to be able to carry heavy loads, physically fit

(delivery to be done by foot, thus it will need physical demands)
- knowlegde of app usage
- good customer service skill and time management
- able to handle fast-paced working environment and finish assign time within time slot
- have knowlegde of courier or delivery service experiences
- no minimum education

**Working Hours**:

- 6days work week (shift work, may have to work on Sundays and PHs)
- 930am to 7pm (or till assignment is done) (may have OTs during high load days)

**Gross Salary**:

- $3350 to $4000 range

(Basic $1000 + OT + no late incentive + delivery fee + attendance allowance)

**Criteria**:

- one year contract bond
