Service Delivery Leader

The Service Delivery Leader is responsible for overseeing the service operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and coordinating the seating of guests, assigning them to suitable tables based on group size.
  • Recognizing regular guests and highlighting their preferences to the management team.
  • Ensuring timely completion of guest requests and recording any complaints.
  • Leading team briefings before each service period and maintaining accurate records.
  • Promoting the establishment through personalized customer service and maintaining a loyal customer database.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Service Delivery Leader will:

  • Attend team briefs as required.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned by management.
