This requirement will service as the Team Leader or Deputy Lead to the Delivery Manager, roll-out of IT equipment, projects and headcount services support across the sectors supervised.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and be hands-on in the projects managed, maintain on-schedule delivery and provide guidance and coaching to the team.
- Monitor delivery progress and ascertain specific milestones are achieved. Perform back-end operations such as documentation, project submissions, evaluate staff performance.

**Requirements**:

- Atleast Diploma education in Information Technology with 5-7 years working experience as a Senior Engineer / Team Lead capacity.
- Ability to work on flexible hours and travel across and around Singapore at a short notice.
- Knowledge in project management methodologies (eg: Agile, Waterfall).
- Professional certifications such as CITPM, ITIL, PMP. Must be comfortable to perform client presentations, work and communicate effectively with end-user clients and senior stakeholders.
