Key responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of infrastructure and IT services to SaaS clients on-time, on-specs.- Work with providers to adhere to security best practices related to cloud infrastructure.- Monitor and support current client’s infrastructure and ensure the quality and stability of the MX.3 platform.- Provide support ticket follow-up until resolution with clear communication.- Work on infrastructure delivery procedures including regular performance reviews, user and access management, capacity management, vulnerability management, etc.- Follow team processes and propose improvements.- Plan and supervise standard hardware, patching, and upgrade maintenance (Windows, Linux, DB...) with providers.- Identify recurrent issues and escalate/work with relevant experts to resolve them.

To be successful in the role, you should possess/be:
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, or related discipline- 2 - 6 years of experience in a Networking or Infrastructure support role.- 2+ years of demonstrable, professional Cloud Infrastructure experience in AWS.- Proficient in computer networking applied to cloud environments.- Scripting and developing automation in Python or Bash, Terraform, Ansible or similar programming languages.- Cross-domain technical knowledge including but not limited to: Linux and Windows Server operating systems- Virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies- Relational Database administrations and advanced queries- Demonstrated ability for continuous learning and improvements.- Excellent communication skills and good analysis and synthesis capabilities
