CTO - SaaS Recruitment Platform

As an innovative hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at SimplifyHire, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our talent platform with an AI-first approach. SimplifyHire is a sophisticated multi-tenant SaaS HR Tech product built on a complex microservices architecture. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our technology strategy and development, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.We are seeking a visionary leader with a successful track record in building and scaling SaaS platforms, particularly in the HR Tech/Talent/Recruitment space. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Flutter, Gen AI, MySQL, and AWS. You will own the platform roadmap, oversee system design and changes, and ensure scalability, security, and performance.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy aligned with business goals.- Lead and mentor the engineering team to foster innovation and excellence.- Oversee system design and changes in system architecture.- Collaborate with other executives to align technology initiatives with company objectives.- Stay updated with industry trends to keep the company competitive.- Manage technology budgets and timelines effectively.Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in a successful SaaS company.- Strong technical background with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Flutter, Gen AI, and AWS.- Minimum 10+ years" industry experience with 5 years as a CTO or head of engineering.- Experience in owning, scaling, and delivering successful SaaS startups.- Proficiency in managing remote technical teams and mentoring them to deliver creative solutions.- In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Required Tools & Technology:Extensive expertise in Java, React, Flutter, SaaS platforms, AWS cloud services, version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices is essential for this role.If you are a forward-thinking technologist with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in building successful SaaS platforms, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at SimplifyHire.,
