Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our team as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to drive our technology strategy and development, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to foster innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee system design and architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a successful SaaS company.
  • Strong technical foundation with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Flutter, and AWS.
  • Minimum 10+ years' industry experience with 5 years as a CTO or head of engineering.
  • Experience in owning, scaling, and delivering successful SaaS startups.
  • Proficiency in managing remote technical teams and mentoring them to deliver creative solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
