We are seeking a Presales Engineer to drive technical engagement for SaaS-based security solutions, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Security, and DevSecOps offerings. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and business value, working closely with sales teams, customers, and partners to demonstrate how these solutions mitigate cyber risks, protect identities, and enhance cloud security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers in securing privileged access, cloud environments, and identity management.
  • Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops to showcase the value of SaaS security solutions.
  • Work with CISOs, IT security teams, and DevOps leaders to understand business challenges and map them to security offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to develop customized security solutions for clients.
  • Provide technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, cloud security frameworks, and evolving product suites.
Required Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or security consulting role within Identity Security, PAM, or Cloud Security.
  • Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), DevSecOps, and cloud security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud security models, and integrating SaaS security products.
  • Ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, or relevant security certifications are a plus.
