**Role summary**:
Headquartered in Singapore, we are looking for **Analyst / **Senior Analyst **to join our growing team in Singapore.

**The Client Implementation & Services team (“CSI”) at Olea**:
The CSI function acts as the single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, manages the execution of the deal implementation process. It is also responsible for client onboarding and servicing throughout their engagement with Olea.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking to hire a highly motivated and meticulous individual to contribute to the CSI team’s goal across the following three primary business areas.

1. Deal implementation process
- Coordinate internally to ensure effective execution of the deal implementation process
- Finalise system setup in accordance with the deal requirements
- Follow up on 1sttrade completion and oversee smooth BAU handover to Operations

2. Client onboarding and servicing
- Conduct KYC review of prospective clients in accordance with the due diligence process
- Ensure onboarding requirements are completed before deal goes live
- Ensure timely and prompt follow-ups on client resolution and queries

3. Process improvement and enablement
- Search for areas of improvement and explore new enablement features
- Work on new enablement projects
- Collaborate with product owners on the required solutioning and participate in user acceptance testing

**Qualifications (training, licences, memberships and certifications)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of trade financing products and related risks is a plus
- Experience working with technology platforms or ERP/ SaaS providers is a plus
- Experience in cross-functional project management
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skill
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
