DESIGNATION : Senior/Specialist, Destination Marketing
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage integrated marketing and creative strategies for key large food centres to draw in traffic and sales while increasing loyalty and brand awareness
- Identify effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimization
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing initiatives, strategies, and budgets
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop highly effective campaigns to support the centres
- Partner effectively with key stakeholders including tenants, landlords and external partners
- Be the main liaison for press-related matters, which includes drafting of statements or responses
- Monitor and report expenses and ROI on all marketing activities
- Champion/assist in any ad-hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Proven experience developing destination marketing plans and campaigns
- Prior partnership experience with key statutory boards e.g. STB, NHB etc. is an added advantage
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Creative and innovative, with good analytical skills
- Appreciates team work, and is a self-starter
- Highly motivated and able to work at a fast-paced environment
- High level of communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong problem-solving skills with high emotional intelligence
