**Student Records**:
- To develop and maintain an effective and efficient system in the planning and execution of day to day administrative operations relating to SR.
- To achieve effective performance by staff through optimum work allocation and clearly defined individual responsibilities.
- To influence, motivate and lead staff to perform their work effectively towards meeting the established objectives of the University and/or department goals.
- To ensure the efficient administration of SR processes according to established policies and procedures and work standards.
- To work with team to execute various operational processes according to action plans and resolve operational issues.
- To work with team and relevant stakeholders to actively review and contribute to the improvement and harmonizing of system and processes within department and across departments
- To work with stakeholders to analyze and translate new/revised business policies into implementation plans and change requests for sound system enhancement.
- To oversee and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, when necessary, in all aspects of administrative matters relating to claims, reports and audits.
- To assist in the preparation and management of the budget for SR.
- To manage escalated complex and difficult student enquiries or issues
- To maintain a good working relationship with relevant stakeholders to facilitate learning and collaboration opportunities.
- To plan and innovate for progressive efficiency via enhancements to system and/or increase adoption of new IT technologies.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years at managerial level.
- Able to lead in identifying gaps in processes and workflows, and to strategize changes, system enhancements and/or adoption of new IT technologies due to evolving business polices and landscape
- Experience in leading change analysis and implementation
- Computational thinker with strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Influencer with good interpersonal and communications skills to work well with people collaboratively
- Resourceful, innovative and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
